Bake filled spiraled cream horns or sugar coated lady locks with this Ateco 928 lady locks form. To use this mold, wrap overlapping dough pastry dough around the circular mold and bake it in the oven. For cream holds, wrap the pastry dough all around the mold. For lady locks treats, wrap the pastry dough to your desired size. Made from durable stainless steel, this form can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. After removing the baked dough from the oven, fill the inside with whipped cream, custard or fruit for a sweet treat. It’s easy to clean and recommended that it should be hand-washed and dried after each use to preserve quality.
