1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking information when your package leaves our facility.

3. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states
  • U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam)
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (delivery times may be longer)

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


4. Tracking Your Package

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier’s system.

5. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, FedEx delays)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

6. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take packaging and shipping seriously, but sometimes issues occur.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check your mailbox, doorstep, neighbors, or building front desk.
  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • If your items arrive damaged, send us photos within 72 hours of delivery for review.

8. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them in separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers in such cases.
