1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most unused, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in resellable condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and inserts
  • You must provide a proof of purchase or order number

Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Used baking tools, especially those that have been exposed to food
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads (if any)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Include your full name, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable)
  3. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and return address
  4. Ship the item(s) back using a trackable method (we do not provide return labels unless the item was defective or wrong)

Note: We do not accept returns without prior authorization.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged item), we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to buyer’s change of mind, incorrect purchase, or no longer needed, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your return
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account

We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item is damaged, used, or incomplete.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order through our website.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include photos showing the damage or issue
  3. We will review your case and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation

We may not honor claims submitted beyond 7 days after delivery.


8. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Please check your mailbox, front porch, neighbors, or apartment office
  • If still missing after 48 hours, contact us
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier and assist in resolving the issue

Note: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


9. Responsibility and Disclaimer

  • LEAF LUSTER DISTRIBUTORS LLC is not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
  • Unauthorized returns (without prior contact) may be rejected or discarded.
